To become a new client:

• Step 1:

  You may request a 10-15-minute phone or in-person conversation with Dr. Korn, at no charge, so that you may discuss your initial questions and she may recommend the next steps.

• Step 2:

  You will make your first appointment for the comprehensive evaluation with Dr. Korn by calling the office at
  360-262-6175

• Step 3:

  Upon scheduling an appointment you will be asked to download and print out our New Client Forms and send us the completed forms prior to your appointment.
